• Who has been the most influential person in your life and why?
• What three books, movies, TV shows, or websites have you found to be the most entertaining or helpful within the last year and why?

Your Church

• The number of people who attend your church on a regular Sunday.
• The number of people who attend your youth group (Middle School through High School) whenever your youth groups meets during the week.

Leadership Questions:

• How are you a leader at your school?
• How are you a leader in your youth group? Would your youth group say the same things?
• What leadership do you show in your church?
• Do you lead in your community?
• Tell us about your leadership in your community that is not tied to your church or school.
• If you have been on a mission trip, please tell us about your experience.
• Leadership is sometimes defined as influence. Is there another way you influence that does not fit in the above categories?
