/files/Images/Roger and Diane 09.JPG   Pastor Roger Duncan began his ministry at the First Free Will Baptist Church in 1974 and since that time has faithfully served in this position. Under Bro. Roger's leadership, the church has enjoyed tremendous growth and has been a consistent source of light and hope in the Seffner community. With a membership of approximately 800 members, the First Free Will Baptist Church has continued to "bear much fruit" down through the years. Pastor Duncan is well known for being an old-fashioned preacher that preaches the truth with God's anointing. His commitment, humility, and compassion for both his preaching and his church have been clearly evident and appreciated by his congregation. He is the author of several devotional booklets and annually holds revivals throughout the southeastern section of the United States. Bro. Roger is married to Diane and they have 2 children, Roger II (wife Jody) and Angie (husband Brett) and three grandchildren, Connor, Olivia, and Beau. Sis. Diane has been a faithful companion to Pastor Duncan and does a great deal of work behind the scenes. They reside in the Seffner area and have been married since 1968.

Bro. Roger's vision for the First Free Will Baptist Church has resulted in the creation of many new avenues by which the church is able to minister.  Perhaps the two most recognized are our Christian school, Seffner Christian Academy and our annual Camp meetings.  Seffner Christian Academy has an enrollment of approximately 700 students and is one of the fastest growing Christian schools in the area.  Our annual Camp meeting in January has taken place for the past 25 years on the second Sunday in January and hosts crowds of over 1,000 people.
